Make the business ready before the capital decision becomes urgent.

Fundraising, valuation and a company sale all expose the same thing: whether the numbers, the story and the business can withstand serious scrutiny.

    Business Readiness Assessment

Alen Avdić leads the financial work. The right legal, tax, sector and operational specialists join when the situation requires them.

    When capital expertise matters

The question is rarely just how much money the company needs.

It is what the decision changes for the owner, the company and the people on the other side of the table.

    Raise capital

You need a credible use of funds, a financing structure and materials that survive investor questions.

    Understand value

You need a defensible view of the company’s value before ownership, succession or negotiation decisions.

    Prepare a transaction

You are considering a sale, acquisition or partnership and need the company ready before the process starts.

    Strengthen financial leadership

The company needs CFO-level discipline and decision support without adding a permanent executive too early.

What the other side will examine

A strong presentation cannot repair weak evidence.

Investors, lenders and buyers look past the headline. They test whether performance is repeatable and whether risk is understood.

    01

    Quality of earnings

What is recurring, what depends on one customer, and what has been normalized or deferred?

    02

    Cash and working capital

Does growth produce cash, or does every new order create another financing gap?

    03

    Forecast credibility

Can assumptions be explained and traced to operational facts?

    04

    Owner dependence

Would revenue, relationships and decisions hold if the owner stepped back?

    05

    Data readiness

Can key figures and contracts be produced consistently when questions become detailed?

    06

    Deal logic

Is the proposed structure right for the owner’s goals, risk tolerance and future role?

We identify these issues before the market prices them for you.

    How the work proceeds

Facts first. Then the case. Then the process.

The mandate follows the decision, not a standard package.

    1. 01

      Establish the facts

We examine performance, cash, capital need, value drivers, risks and the company’s actual readiness.

    2. 02

      Prepare the case

We build the valuation or financing logic, close evidence gaps and prepare decision-grade materials.

    3. 03

      Run the process

We support discussions, due diligence, negotiations and decisions through to a controlled outcome.

    Financial judgment with operating experience

    Alen Avdić

Alen brings more than 16 years of international experience across investment banking, strategic finance, M&A and company leadership. His background includes senior work with Kempen & Co, Morgan Stanley and Olympia Capital, alongside training at Goldman Sachs and The Wharton School.

He has worked on IPOs, debt restructurings and cross-border acquisitions, and has held operating roles as CFO, CEO and Country Manager. That combination matters: a capital case must work in a model, in a negotiation and inside the company that has to deliver it.

Why Growth Capital Avoids Companies That Are Not Ready

Capital follows evidence. Owners who want funding must first make the business understandable, governable and financeable.

A capital decision should expand your options, not remove them.
