    Do you know the
    situation when...

Client calls asking for a quote from last year. You search through emails, folders, USBs. An hour passes, and you're not sure you found the right version.

    The Old Way

"We'll sort it on site..." and for years it worked. The project manager held everything in his head, called subcontractors from the truck and reconciled costs in Excel on Sunday night. Then two projects overlap and margin disappears.

Site coordination happens over phone calls and WhatsApp groups no one archives.

Subcontractor schedules kept in one head, changes never reach the crew on site.

Material orders written on paper, deliveries missed, crews stand idle at full cost.

Safety and permit documents scattered across email, printouts and glove-box folders.

Progress photos in ten different phones, never linked to the invoice or the client.

Real project margin only visible weeks after handover, when the mistakes are locked in.

    The New Pressure

In 2026, clients want live progress updates, banks want documented cost control, and skilled labour costs more every quarter. The paper-and-phone way turns a good year into a bad one on two overlapping projects.

Clients and investors expect live progress, photo evidence and digital sign-off, not a Friday email.

Rising labour and material costs mean one week of coordination slack eats the whole project margin.

New EU procurement and ESG rules require documented sourcing and safety records, not shoebox files.

Competitors with connected site tools bid faster and defend margin, you bid on last year's numbers.

On a construction site, the loss isn't the software you don't have, it's the coordination gap between office, site and subcontractors. Digital done right closes that gap and protects your margin on every project. Let's map your next decade, book a strategy call today.

    Before we talk numbers

You have seen how we work. Now the practical part.

Your digital presence is not a one-time project. It is a living asset that must stay current, grow with your business, and actively push it forward. The packages below are structured as a subscription so all three are covered, not just the first build. A focused setup in month one, then a fixed monthly fee that keeps the system up to date, adapts it as your business changes, and continuously tunes it to perform better.

    03

Why a subscription instead of a fixed project fee?

Most digital work is delivered and then left to drift. We do the opposite. A fixed project fee pays for the launch; our subscription pays for the evolution. The monthly fee covers the ongoing attention that keeps the system up to date, grows it with your business, and optimizes the parts that actually move the needle. Because we stay close to each client, we keep spotting small custom adaptations - reports, workflows, tools - that either raise revenue or cut costs. That kind of improvement is only possible when the relationship is ongoing, not transactional.

    Availability

We take on a limited number of new businesses at a time

To protect hands-on senior attention, we limit how many new businesses we onboard each quarter. Start with the Digital Readiness Check or schedule a conversation, and we confirm the right starting level and the next available onboarding slot.

    Packages

Three Levels of Ongoing Digital Guidance

Three levels of one ongoing relationship. Foundation is the digital foundation. Growth adds processes, CRM and automation. Steering adds the Business Cockpit and monthly Digital Steering - all within the subscription, not as an extra service.

    Your own Business Advisor

One senior person who knows your business, not a rotating team of account managers. You call, and the context is already there.

Not sure which level fits? The free and the conversation that follows help us determine the right starting point together.

    Level 3 - Steering

Includes everything from Foundation and Growth, plus:

    Monthly
    €890
    Setup fee: €7900 (first invoice)
Monthly fee starts from 2. month.

Build together for 6 months. Then flexible in 3-month periods.

Build the management cockpit your business actually needs.

Growth creates complexity. At some point, the challenge is no longer collecting information. It's knowing which information actually matters. That's where Steering begins.

The setup fee is charged once at the start, the monthly fee begins from the second month. If you move to a higher level later, you do not pay the full setup fee again, only the additional setup effort for the extension. Larger new systems or extensive custom development that clearly goes beyond the package scope is discussed upfront and quoted separately.

    01 / 01

We handed over our internal documents and had one conversation. After that the team understood not only what the board wanted this year, but the longer arc of where the firm is going.
