Your Phone Rings While You Work... and the next enquiry disappears.

You are fitting a pipe or wiring a room. By the time you return the call, the customer has booked someone else.

Good work. Too much office work.

For electricians, plumbers, heating installers, carpenters, painters and other trades, the problem is rarely the craft. It is everything around it.

Calls and messages arrive while you are on the job.

Quotes are written after the working day.

    Appointments live in several calendars.

Photos and measurements stay on individual phones.

Job changes are agreed but not recorded.

You remain the link between customer, team and office.

    Customers expect a clear answer.

You do not need to turn your workshop into a software company. You need a dependable path from first enquiry to completed job.

Be easy to find in your service area.

Reply with a clear next step, not silence.

Keep visits, scope and responsibilities visible.

Record what was done before details are forgotten.

Your craft earns the customer’s trust. The digital work should help you keep it, from the first enquiry to the last invoice.

    Before we talk numbers

You have seen how we work. Now the practical part.

Your digital presence is not a one-time project. It is a living asset that must stay current, grow with your business, and actively push it forward. The packages below are structured as a subscription so all three are covered, not just the first build. A focused setup in month one, then a fixed monthly fee that keeps the system up to date, adapts it as your business changes, and continuously tunes it to perform better.

    03

Why a subscription instead of a fixed project fee?

Most digital work is delivered and then left to drift. We do the opposite. A fixed project fee pays for the launch; our subscription pays for the evolution. The monthly fee covers the ongoing attention that keeps the system up to date, grows it with your business, and optimizes the parts that actually move the needle. Because we stay close to each client, we keep spotting small custom adaptations - reports, workflows, tools - that either raise revenue or cut costs. That kind of improvement is only possible when the relationship is ongoing, not transactional.

    Availability

We take on a limited number of new businesses at a time

To protect hands-on senior attention, we limit how many new businesses we onboard each quarter. Start with the Digital Readiness Check or schedule a conversation, and we confirm the right starting level and the next available onboarding slot.

    Packages

Three Levels of Ongoing Digital Guidance

Three levels of one ongoing relationship. Foundation is the digital foundation. Growth adds processes, CRM and automation. Steering adds the Business Cockpit and monthly Digital Steering - all within the subscription, not as an extra service.

    Your own Business Advisor

One senior person who knows your business, not a rotating team of account managers. You call, and the context is already there.

Digital Readiness Check + Results Review is free and non-binding. Every valid respondent receives the full diagnostic report by email. In the free 45 to 60-minute Results Review, we put the findings in context and confirm the right level, scope and investment together.
