Is your hospitality business established, but your website and workflows have not kept pace?

Digitalization starts with your website, but reaches into the work behind it: from guest inquiry to reservation and the right confirmation. When details are entered twice and agreements depend on individual people, the connection is missing. Where does it hold you back?

The check is free of charge and takes only a few minutes. We put your answers into context together in a personal conversation.

    PROBLEM

You take care of guests. Who takes care of everything else?

The phone rings in the middle of service. A reservation sits in a notebook, a change sits in WhatsApp, a question about an event is still in an email. Guests find an outdated menu online or ask the same questions over and over. Your team answers while other work gets left behind.

After the visit, there is no organized contact. Feedback only becomes visible when a public review appears. At the same time, purchasing costs rise, yet which offers actually pay off cannot be answered quickly. In restaurants, cafes, catering and accommodation the same pattern shows up: the guest is cared for personally, while the processes before and after depend on the memory of individual people.

    HYPOTHESIS

A new website, or just one more tool?

That is the natural reflex. Yet there is often already point-of-sale software, a reservation system, accounting and a website. Each application serves a purpose, but they run in parallel. The website starts a conversation, then the next step is entered again elsewhere. People copy details, search for agreements and keep the connection going by hand. How the work behind it all connects rarely gets asked.

    ANTI-THESIS

More tools do not close the gap.

A nicer website changes nothing if the path from guest inquiry to reservation and the right confirmation still needs the same questions and manual work. Another app simply adds another login. Not every existing system needs replacing, but its handoffs need to work. A one-off IT project built and handed over is not enough: your business moves on, and its digital workflows need to move with it.

    DIAGNOSIS

What is missing is the path in between.

The gaps often sit along the path from guest inquiry to reservation and the right confirmation. Who takes over, what details do they need, and where is the current status? The website is the first link in this chain, not its end. A modern website becomes part of your business system when inquiries arrive in an organized way and the next step is clear.

    MECHANISM

Three levels for reliable guest contact

wis.dom|digital™ starts with a modern website as a reliable entrance into your business. From there we connect the steps from guest inquiry to reservation and the right confirmation, gradually rather than through a complete overhaul. Together we choose a useful improvement within the agreed scope, introduce it and let the team use it. We review and adjust before building further. Existing systems stay where they work well.

    01

    Foundation

A modern website makes your offer, current information and a clear path for guest inquiries clear. It shows what you do and collects structured inquiries, with simple routing to the right person. We design, build and maintain this foundation, secure and up to date. It is the entrance into the business, not an extra task list. More extensive specialist workflows are agreed separately. Twice a year we review this basis in the Digital Foundation Review.

    02

    Growth

We connect the website with agreed contact management, appointments and follow-up. This makes the path from guest inquiry to reservation and the right confirmation traceable without entering the same details repeatedly. Lightweight integrations use the jointly defined systems. Deeper ERP or specialist software integrations are reviewed and quoted separately. In the quarterly 60-minute Digital Growth Review, you choose the next step with a Business Advisor.

    03

    Steering

First we clarify the questions you need to answer for your decisions: inquiries, available occupancy data and financial trends. Then we build your Business Cockpit within the jointly defined systems. Agreed operating, banking and financial data provide a useful overview instead of another report. This does not mean replacing a complete ERP or specialist system. Once a month you discuss the numbers and next decisions with a Business Advisor.

    EXAMPLES

An example of the guest journey from accommodation

A guest relationship that starts at booking and doesn't end at checkout.

Holiday homes on the Dalmatian coast, one question: how do you make guests look forward to a week by the sea for months, and want to come back once they've left?

A renovated 1960s house above a Dalmatian bay: apartments and studios across two floors, booked separately or joined into one larger home, every room dressed in a different season. The website tells that story well. The real challenge sits around it: many guests book months ahead, and between booking, arrival and the next summer there is usually silence, while the relationship is handled by hand, one email at a time.
