Is your professional services firm established, but your website and workflows have not kept pace?

Digitalization starts with your website, but reaches into the work behind it: from a suitable inquiry to quote and consultation. When details are entered twice and agreements depend on individual people, the connection is missing. Where does it hold you back?

The check is free of charge and takes only a few minutes. We put your answers into context together in a personal conversation.

    PROBLEM

Your professional work is good. Everything around it eats up the day.

The client sends documents by email, a change by phone and the approval as a message. The latest version sits with a colleague who is out today. While you search for documents and answer follow-up questions, the actual work waits. New inquiries get answered, but rarely tracked in an organized way.

At month end, you reconstruct what was delivered for which engagement. Extra work was a given, billing it was not. Whether a client is a good fit for the firm or mostly generates unpaid coordination is not shown by any simple overview. The problem is not a lack of expertise, it is the work between inquiry, delivery and invoice.

    HYPOTHESIS

A new website, or just one more tool?

That is the natural reflex. Yet there is often already specialist software, document storage, accounting and a website. Each application serves a purpose, but they run in parallel. The website starts a conversation, then the next step is entered again elsewhere. People copy details, search for agreements and keep the connection going by hand. How the work behind it all connects rarely gets asked.

    ANTI-THESIS

More tools do not close the gap.

A nicer website changes nothing if the path from a suitable inquiry to quote and consultation still needs the same questions and manual work. Another app simply adds another login. Not every existing system needs replacing, but its handoffs need to work. A one-off IT project built and handed over is not enough: your business moves on, and its digital workflows need to move with it.

    DIAGNOSIS

What is missing is the path in between.

The gaps often sit along the path from a suitable inquiry to quote and consultation. Who takes over, what details do they need, and where is the current status? The website is the first link in this chain, not its end. A modern website becomes part of your business system when inquiries arrive in an organized way and the next step is clear. Confidential client files do not belong in the Check.

    MECHANISM

Three levels for a firm that grows with you

wis.dom|digital™ starts with a modern website as a reliable entrance into your business. From there we connect the steps from a suitable inquiry to quote and consultation, gradually rather than through a complete overhaul. Together we choose a useful improvement within the agreed scope, introduce it and let the team use it. We review and adjust before building further. Existing systems stay where they work well.

    01

    Foundation

A modern website makes your specialism, services and a structured inquiry path clear. It shows what you do and collects structured inquiries, with simple routing to the right person. We design, build and maintain this foundation, secure and up to date. It is the entrance into the business, not an extra task list. More extensive specialist workflows are agreed separately. Twice a year we review this basis in the Digital Foundation Review.

    02

    Growth

We connect the website with agreed contact management, appointments and follow-up. This makes the path from a suitable inquiry to quote and consultation traceable without entering the same details repeatedly. Lightweight integrations use the jointly defined systems. Deeper ERP or specialist software integrations are reviewed and quoted separately. In the quarterly 60-minute Digital Growth Review, you choose the next step with a Business Advisor.

    03

    Steering

First we clarify the questions you need to answer for your decisions: inquiry quality, open quotes and available financial data. Then we build your Business Cockpit within the jointly defined systems. Agreed operating, banking and financial data provide a useful overview instead of another report. This does not mean replacing a complete ERP or specialist system. Once a month you discuss the numbers and next decisions with a Business Advisor.

    EXAMPLES

Examples of advisory, training and project origination

A presence that builds trust. A system that takes work off your hands.

A psychology practice connects registration, invoicing, participant surveys and comparison reports. A training becomes more than an appointment: a connected process that also provides feedback for the next program.

A practice offering psychological counseling, professional training and workshops needs more than a website that lists services. People should feel understood, build trust and find a suitable next step. We created a multilingual presence with calm imagery, clear content and direct inquiries and registrations. Behind it, the next steps also need to connect: Who has registered? Who is waiting for a place? Is the invoice prepared? And what do participants take away from a training?
