Your own Business Advisor
One senior person who knows your business, not a rotating team of account managers. You call, and the context is already there.

Today: website on WordPress, newsletter in Mailchimp, long-form on Substack, events in Zoom, invoices in Word, member list in a spreadsheet. Each tool has its own login, its own logic, its own learning curve. Most of it sits in one person's head.
"This is how we've always run it..." and for years it worked. The network held together because one or two dedicated people carried it in their heads. But what happens the day that person steps back?
Member list in a spreadsheet only the operations lead can navigate.
Newsletter audience in Mailchimp, member records in Excel, never in sync.
Event registrations tracked manually across email, Zoom and a paper sheet.
Invoices typed by hand in Word, dues followed up from memory.
Statutes, minutes and welcome packs scattered across personal inboxes and WeTransfer links.
Translations happen only when one bilingual volunteer has the time.
In 2025, members compare you to the best digital experience they have ever had. Funders ask for evidence. Regulators ask for structure. The patchwork that got you here will not carry you into the next decade.
Members expect a self-service portal, not a PDF form sent by email.
GDPR requires structured consent and data handling, not a shared spreadsheet.
Funders and partners ask for impact data and audit-ready records.
Volunteer turnover is rising. Knowledge in one head is a single point of failure.

Your digital presence is not a one-time project. It is a living asset that must stay current, grow with your business, and actively push it forward. The packages below are structured as a subscription so all three are covered, not just the first build. A focused setup in month one, then a fixed monthly fee that keeps the system up to date, adapts it as your business changes, and continuously tunes it to perform better.
Most digital work is delivered and then left to drift. We do the opposite. A fixed project fee pays for the launch; our subscription pays for the evolution. The monthly fee covers the ongoing attention that keeps the system up to date, grows it with your business, and optimizes the parts that actually move the needle. Because we stay close to each client, we keep spotting small custom adaptations - reports, workflows, tools - that either raise revenue or cut costs. That kind of improvement is only possible when the relationship is ongoing, not transactional.
Availability
To protect hands-on senior attention, we limit how many new businesses we onboard each quarter. Start with the Digital Readiness Check or schedule a conversation, and we confirm the right starting level and the next available onboarding slot.
Three levels of one ongoing relationship. Foundation is the digital foundation. Growth adds processes, CRM and automation. Steering adds the Business Cockpit and monthly Digital Steering - all within the subscription, not as an extra service.
These are not three unrelated packages. They are three levels of one ongoing relationship. Unlike website-only packages, we build automation, lead management and business steering directly into the subscription - not as an expensive add-on project.

Work ships every month. No long project phases, no waiting for the next quarter to fix something that costs you customers today.

What we build gets measured and improved. Pages, funnels and processes are adjusted to what your numbers show, not to assumptions.

One fixed monthly amount covers advisory, implementation and optimisation. No surprise invoices, no change requests billed by the hour.

Build together for 12 months. Then flexible in 3-month periods.
Build the right digital foundation for your business.
Every business needs a professional digital presence. But before we build anything, we first understand how your business works, how customers find you, and what should happen after someone gets in touch.
Includes everything from Foundation, plus:
Build together for 12 months. Then flexible in 3-month periods.
Turn digital activity into your business growth.
As your business grows, so do the moving parts. Enquiries, appointments, customers and internal processes need to work together instead of creating more administration.
Includes everything from Foundation and Growth, plus:
Build together for 12 months. Then flexible in 3-month periods.
Build the management cockpit your business actually needs.
Growth creates complexity. At some point, the challenge is no longer collecting information. It's knowing which information actually matters. That's where Steering begins.
The setup fee is charged once at the start, the monthly fee begins from the second month. If you move to a higher level later, you do not pay the full setup fee again, only the additional setup effort for the extension. Larger new systems or extensive custom development that clearly goes beyond the package scope is discussed upfront and quoted separately.

“We handed over our internal documents and had one conversation. After that the team understood not only what the board wanted this year, but the longer arc of where the firm is going.”
