    Do you know the
    situation when...

Customer asks: do you have this in stock? You go check, come back... we don't. Customer leaves, you've lost sale and time.

    The Old Way

"We know our customers and we know our stock..." and for years it worked. The owner walked the shelves, prices were set on Sunday night, and regulars kept the cash register busy. Then online, marketplaces and price-comparison apps rewired how people buy.

Stock levels tracked by eye, real out-of-stock only noticed when a customer asks.

Prices set on gut feeling, margin per product is a guess, not a number.

Customer data lives in the head of the owner and a paper loyalty card few use.

Purchasing decisions based on last supplier visit, not on what actually sells.

Cash register and any online channel run as separate worlds, stock and reports never match.

Suppliers and staff receive orders and schedules by phone and paper, mistakes each week.

    The New Pressure

In 2026, customers compare price, availability and reviews on their phone while standing in your aisle. Marketplaces and delivery apps take a growing cut. Winning retailers are the ones that know stock, price and customer as one truth, in real time.

Customers expect one truth across shop, web and marketplace: same price, real stock, honest reviews.

Marketplace and delivery commissions keep rising, only owned customer data protects long-term margin.

Repeat customers beat one-off buyers on lifetime value, but only if you can actually recognise them.

Suppliers reward retailers who share sell-through data digitally, paper orders lose the best terms.

In retail, margins move on stock accuracy, pricing discipline and repeat customers, not on how modern your site looks. Digital done right ties those three together, so you stop leaving money on the shelf. Let's map your next decade, book a strategy call today.

    Before we talk numbers

You have seen how we work. Now the practical part.

Your digital presence is not a one-time project. It is a living asset that must stay current, grow with your business, and actively push it forward. The packages below are structured as a subscription so all three are covered, not just the first build. A focused setup in month one, then a fixed monthly fee that keeps the system up to date, adapts it as your business changes, and continuously tunes it to perform better.

    03

Why a subscription instead of a fixed project fee?

Most digital work is delivered and then left to drift. We do the opposite. A fixed project fee pays for the launch; our subscription pays for the evolution. The monthly fee covers the ongoing attention that keeps the system up to date, grows it with your business, and optimizes the parts that actually move the needle. Because we stay close to each client, we keep spotting small custom adaptations - reports, workflows, tools - that either raise revenue or cut costs. That kind of improvement is only possible when the relationship is ongoing, not transactional.

    Availability

We take on a limited number of new businesses at a time

To protect hands-on senior attention, we limit how many new businesses we onboard each quarter. Start with the Digital Readiness Check or schedule a conversation, and we confirm the right starting level and the next available onboarding slot.

    Packages

Three Levels of Ongoing Digital Guidance

Three levels of one ongoing relationship. Foundation is the digital foundation. Growth adds processes, CRM and automation. Steering adds the Business Cockpit and monthly Digital Steering - all within the subscription, not as an extra service.

    Your own Business Advisor

One senior person who knows your business, not a rotating team of account managers. You call, and the context is already there.

Not sure which level fits? The free and the conversation that follows help us determine the right starting point together.

    Level 3 - Steering

Includes everything from Foundation and Growth, plus:

    Monthly
    €890

Monthly fee starts from 2. month.

Build together for 6 months. Then flexible in 3-month periods.

Build the management cockpit your business actually needs.

Growth creates complexity. At some point, the challenge is no longer collecting information. It's knowing which information actually matters. That's where Steering begins.

The setup fee is charged once at the start, the monthly fee begins from the second month. If you move to a higher level later, you do not pay the full setup fee again, only the additional setup effort for the extension. Larger new systems or extensive custom development that clearly goes beyond the package scope is discussed upfront and quoted separately.

    01 / 01

We handed over our internal documents and had one conversation. After that the team understood not only what the board wanted this year, but the longer arc of where the firm is going.
