3. Scope of services
wis.dom|bridge™ provides cross-border advisory and structural growth services, including:
- Strategic and operational advisory for cross-border growth
- CBAM compliance, training, and assessment services
- Digital transformation and process automation advisory
- Organisational architecture, leadership, and governance support
- Diagnostic tools, assessments, and educational content published on this site
Paid engagements are always governed by a separate written agreement that defines scope, deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms. Information on this website is indicative and does not constitute an offer.
4. Assessments, reports, and educational content
Online assessments, diagnostic reports, downloadable guides, and blog articles are provided for general information and orientation. They are not a substitute for individual professional advice. Any decisions you make based on this content remain your own responsibility.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site or forms to submit false, misleading, or unlawful information
- Attempt to interfere with, probe, or bypass the security of the site or its infrastructure
- Scrape, republish, or resell content without our written consent
- Use the site to send unsolicited commercial communications
6. Intellectual property, ownership and handover
All text, graphics, logos, frameworks, methodologies, and downloadable materials on this site, including wis.dom|bridge™, wis.dom|core™, the Growth Journey™, and related brand marks, are the property of wis.dom d.o.o. or its licensors. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial use with attribution. Any other use, including reproduction, distribution, or derivative works, requires our prior written consent.
For subscription and advisory engagements, ownership is separated into three clear categories. These terms apply in addition to the order form signed for the engagement.
a) What belongs to the client
- Domain names, brand assets, logos, and published content
- Business data, customer records, and operational records held in the delivered systems
- The client-specific configuration, settings, and content of any tool set up for the client
On termination there is an offboarding window during which the client can move domain, hosting, and exports before hosted services are deactivated. A portable export package is prepared against a one-off handover fee. That fee covers the export and documentation work, not the release of data, and the package is limited to what is technically extractable from the delivered site and database.
b) What belongs to us
- Tools, engines, templates, automations, workflows, and code frameworks we develop, including assessment and diagnostic tools
- Reusable components used across several clients
- Shared platform components and internal automations running on our infrastructure
- Cross-client benchmarking data and the logic behind it
For the duration of the agreement the client holds a non-exclusive licence to use these for its own business. Where such a tool is configured or customised for a client, the customisation does not change ownership of the underlying tool. These items are not part of a handover and do not transfer on termination.
c) What can be agreed separately
If a client wishes to acquire, keep running, or continue using a specific component beyond the agreement, this is possible in principle and is agreed and priced separately in writing, for example as a perpetual licence or a buy-out for that component.

8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or its content. Our liability in connection with any paid engagement is governed exclusively by the individual contract for that engagement.
