Your business runs well.
The digital side
should run just as professionally.
Being found, handling enquiries properly, getting rid of manual work, depending less on the owner. Those are the four things we work on.
Two ways in: talk to us directly, or start with the structured Digital Readiness Check.
For established, owner-led companies with a good product and good people, where the digital side is not yet at the same level. Every mandate is led by a senior business advisor who has built and run companies.
Entrepreneurs advising entrepreneurs
We come from the business side. We understand your business first, define what makes sense, and then build it. That is how we avoid solutions nobody needs and create tools that actually move your company forward.
- Starts with your business model and your numbers.
- Tells you when the order does not fit.
- Designs the solution that fits your operation, then builds it.
- Senior business advisors who have built and run companies themselves.
- Ongoing support from the same people, month after month.
Peer to peer, with shared experience and real examples instead of slides. We work remotely and efficiently. On-site days happen where they genuinely add value, but they are never a condition for starting.
Businesses lose digital value in predictable ways
It is rarely a lack of tools. It is a lack of overview, of the right choices, and of follow-through.
We overlook potential.
We do not know the digital possibilities well enough and underestimate what is realistic today, and what will be normal tomorrow.
We do the wrong things.
We invest in tools and projects that do not solve the real problem and produce no measurable value.
We do not act, or we lose focus.
Clarity, implementation strength and continuity are missing, so possibilities never turn into business results.
The fear behind it
That we slowly fall behind competitors who use digital possibilities better and become faster, more efficient and more future-proof. Not because our business is weak, but because we are not using what is already available. And at the same time the worry of spending money on technology nobody ends up needing.
Availability
We take on a limited number of new businesses at a time
To protect hands-on senior attention, we limit how many new businesses we onboard each quarter. Start with the Digital Readiness Check or schedule a conversation, and we confirm the right starting level and the next available onboarding slot.
Four outcomes we work on
Not technology categories, but states you notice in daily work. Usually two of them apply to you, not all four.
You get found
People looking for what you do find you - in search, in maps, in the answers people now get instead of a results page.People looking for what you do find you - in search, in maps, in the answers people now get instead of a results page. Not through a prettier website, but by making your offer machine-readable and evidenced.
Enquiries run cleanly
Every enquiry lands in one place, gets an answer and does not disappear in an inbox.Every enquiry lands in one place, gets an answer and does not disappear in an inbox. You can see at any time what is open, what was quoted and what needs a decision.
Manual work disappears
Double entry, paper notes, spreadsheets and chasing people by phone.Double entry, paper notes, spreadsheets and chasing people by phone. We take the two or three routines that eat time every day and make them run without hand work.
Less depends on the owner
Knowledge and routines sit in the system, not in one person's head.Knowledge and routines sit in the system, not in one person's head. The team can decide without asking, and the business keeps running when you are away for two weeks.
On artificial intelligence: we use it where it demonstrably saves time or money, for example sorting enquiries or producing recurring documents. Where it only sounds good, we leave it out and tell you so.
A Subscription You Can Read on One Page - Not a Big IT Project
We don't sell technology. We build clarity, structure, and the digital foundation your business needs to grow.
Here is how we turn that into action in three stages.
A Senior Business Advisor sits with you
A Senior Business Advisor, not a junior account manager, learns how you really make money, who your ideal customer is, and where the friction is. The conversation often extends into strategic and operational advisory, not only digital delivery.
One of three levels, fixed setup fee and fixed monthly fee
No bottomless-pit projects and no open-ended hours. You start at Level 1, 2 or 3. Each level has a fixed setup fee and a fixed monthly fee, so you know the cost before we start and every month after. You move up a level when the business is ready, not before.
The same Senior Business Advisor stays after go-live
Launch is month one, not the finish line. An aligned team held to the same standard does the work, and the Senior Business Advisor stays with you month after month: content kept current, inquiries routed, the system maintained and adjusted as the business changes.
Where are you today?
The Digital Readiness Check
30 short questions across 6 areas. Honest snapshot of where your business really stands, and what to fix first before spending on tools or agencies.
About this check: around 30 questions, roughly 5 to 7 minutes. It measures six dimensions (sales and customers, operations and delivery, data and systems, team and dependency, finances and pricing, plus a derived manual-load axis) and factors in your industry, size, and system stack. You receive a scored PDF report with a Business Architecture Health diagram, an archetype, your primary constraint, and a 60 to 90 day focus plan, delivered free by email.
Before we start
So we can send your scored report and address you properly. Two fields, twenty seconds.
We use this only to send your report and, if you allow it, follow up once. Never shared.
Digital work only pays off when someone at the table has actually run a business, thinks from your customer's standpoint, and protects your money like it's their own. That is the standard we hold every engagement to, before a single line of code is written.
A fit if
- Your business works at its core and you want it better organised, not reinvented.
- You have between ten and fifty people and the owner is still in daily operations.
- You want someone who decides and implements, not only advises.
- You are ready to stay with it for twelve months instead of ticking off a project.
Not a fit if
- You are looking for the cheapest supplier for an order you already wrote yourself.
- You expect a transformation in six weeks.
- Nobody on your side has time to join the sessions and make decisions.
- What you mainly want is a new website with nicer design.
If you are in the right-hand column we will say so in the first call and point you to someone who fits better. It costs us a mandate and saves you a year.
What you can expect
Honest instead of loud
You will not find rented references or catalogue percentages here. Instead, we tell you plainly how working with us looks and what is realistic to expect.
- Clarity first: you know which three or four points are truly worth it, and in which order.
- Then first relief in daily work: the tasks that eat the most time today run with less manual work and fewer questions.
- Expansion only after that: what works gets built out. What does not pay off gets dropped.
- You get fixed appointments, one accountable contact person, and decisions you can follow at any time.
And what we do not promise: miracles in 30 days. Digital work pays off, but in the order clarity, relief, result. Anything else would be dishonest.
